3. User Accounts

4.2 Claiming a Listing

Farm owners and authorized representatives may claim their business listing on farmr. By claiming a listing, you represent that you are the owner or an authorized representative of the farm and that all information you provide is accurate and up to date. We reserve the right to verify ownership and remove or modify listings at our discretion.

4.3 User Submissions

If you submit a new farm listing or suggest edits, you represent that the information is accurate to the best of your knowledge. We reserve the right to review, edit, or remove any user-submitted content.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Site to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Harass, abuse, threaten, or intimidate other users or farm owners

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, farmr and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
