We also have farm fresh eggs from our chickens that free range and receive organic grains. All of our dairy and meat animals are regularly disease tested and naturally raised on grass. Our specialty signature meat is grass-fed, gourmet Icelandic and St. Croix lamb in season every fall. Occasionally we have non-GMO pastured pork, meat chicken by special order, various plants and breeding stock. We prefer to sell direct to consumers and chefs.
