Our Programs Market Provisions Co is a new kind of general store offering locally raised produce, meats, and eggs as well as Texas artisan foods. At the Dallas Farmers Market in the Market Building. Wea???re open 7 days a week from 10am-6pm, until 9pm on Fridays. Open since December 2015, Market Provisions Co is a revenue generating program that provides local farmers and food artisans a weekday sales outlet. We provide nearly $200,000 in revenues annually to over 40 farmers and food producers.
