Our poultry (chickens and turkeys) are pasture raised under the big open sky. These birds are true free-range, no mobile chicken cages, they run free all day. They enjoy sunshine, fresh air, and fresh grass every day! They feast on bugs, comfrey, fresh veggies, fallen fruit and berries. This gives them a unique flavor only available on our agroforestry farm. With plenty of space to run around, this chicken tastes like REAL chicken, not bland like the confined fat chickens at the store.
