Fox Farm & Forage has been supplying higher end restaurants, grocers, and distributors in the Triangle area for almost 8 years. During the first 4 years in business, the farm participated in farmer's markets but later decided to focus solely on wholesale. In order to accommodate the recent steadily increasing number of retail requests to purchase FF&F mushrooms from folks all over the Triangle area, the best solution seems to be setting up a CSA with various drop spots.
